Shipping Policy

All our orders ship fresh directly from the Uji region of Kyoto, Japan. Shipping costs are calculated by weight. For domestic shipping in the US we charge $6.95 for small orders up to $14.95 for large orders. 

When will my order arrive?

Orders typically ship from Japan 2 days after purchase. You should receive your order within 2 to 3 weeks.

International Shipping

We can generally accomodate international orders. Please fill out the contact form with your order and address information and we will send you a custom order quote.

Refunds and Returns
